REFUND POLICY
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Temple Tattoo reserves the right to make changes to a booking regardless of the deposit amount paid. In the case of changes to a booking date, time or session length, the deposit is still non-refundable.
Bookings
The full amount for bookings are non-refundable.
Temple Tattoo reserves the right to make changes to a booking. If you have paid the full amount up front, and Temple Tattoo makes changes to the booking date, time or session length, the full amount is still non-refundable.
For cancellations, if you cancel your booking, or fail to show up to your booking, your full amount will not be refunded. Should you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your appointment date, you will be held liable for 50% of your quoted price.
If you wish to re-schedule your appointment, you need to do so within 2 days of your booking date. Fail to do so, may lead to your deposit being forfeited, and you’ll need to pay another deposit for the new booking date.
